Position OverviewThe eCommerce Manager will be responsible for the management of the Company’s eCommerce storefront. This role reviews and analyzes trends to ensure the storefront is reaching the largest possible audience, partners with the Marketing team to tailor the storefront accordingly, and manages aftersales issues to ensure a timely resolution.
Job Type: Full-time Onsite. Remote is not allowed.

Job Duties
- Develop and implement a robust eCommerce strategy to drive sales growth
- Optimize our website for SEO to increase organic search rankings and traffic.
- Analyze data to understand customer behavior and make data-driven decisions.
- Manage online product catalog, ensuring all product information is accurate an up to date.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns.
- Develop analytics on the e-commerce business to yield improvements.
- Provide analysis of key business metrics and site performance.
- Partners with Operations and Warehousing teams to ensure proper levels of inventory are available.
- Addresses customer concerns. Partners with the Operations team to ensure timely resolution and communication to customers.
- Report and escalate systemic issues as necessary and in a timely manner.
- Manage Shopify system, and process orders into the company’s internal systems for fulfillment.
- Communicate across functions when timing and/or strategy shifts occur.
- Serve as a highly visible internal evangelist to the marketing, IT, sales, and transformation organization.
- Performs additional duties as required by Management
- At least 3 years experience as an eCommerce Manager, or experience as an individual contributor managing eCommerce sales required.
- Experience with Shopify is required. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent required.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese preferred.
- Must be available to respond to client or team concerns at night or on weekends, as required.
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators.
- Ability to make decisions independently, analyze trends, and ensure the Company’s eCommerce platform is reaching the appropriate target audience.
- Ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, CPG, or Cannabis spaces is preferred.
- Ability to effectively problem solve, multi-task, and effectively manage time to deliver results.
Additional compensation, including bonuses, is subject to eligibility and grade level of the position.
