IL BAR is Hiring a Barista Near Appleton, WI

il Bar Coffeehouse & Bistro (il Bar, LLC) in Appleton, WI, is looking for baristas to join our family-focused team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, charismatic, creative, and hard-working. We have an excellent training program with many opportunities to grow!

Responsibilities

  • Prepare hot and cold beverages in accordance with customer needs
  • Operate Point-of-Sale system including orders and gift cards
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work area & facility
  • Follow health and safety guidelines
  • Interact with customers regularly and professionally; have fun, too!
  • NEW: We'll pay for your one-year bartender license as we now serve wine & wine cocktails, including mimosas.

Qualifications

  • Proven working experience as a barista
  • High integrity with a great attendance record
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to listen and communicate effectively
  • We encourage artistry and creativity in our drinks and location
