Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Server/ Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, dining area and equipment
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed

Skills:
- Experience in food service or hospitality industry
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly manner
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and beverage presentation
- Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus
- Understanding of food safety regulations and procedures
- Basic math skills for handling payments and calculating orders accurately
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitate the bar area regularly

Pay: $2.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
