Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR & Administrative Manager at iLead Law Group, P.C., and related organizations located in New York, NY. The HR & Administrative Manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, managing employee relations, coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Additionally, the HR & Administrative Manager will handle administrative tasks such as office management, vendor management, and budgeting.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of full-time managerial experience is required in business or law-related areas
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in commercial business or law-related fields is required, and candidates with an MBA background are preferred.
  • Proficient in administration-related skills such as process and policy development, time and schedule management, organization, and coordination, as well as tracking and taking action. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Capable of working in cross-functional teams and fostering teamwork. 
  • Proficient in planning and presentation.
  • Strong language skills in English and Chinese speaking are a plus.
