iLending is Hiring a Digital Marketing Engineer Near Englewood, CO

iLending is seeking a proactive, collaborative Marketing Technical Lead to join our fast-paced team. We are looking for an enthusiastic person to help drive our Lead Ingestion efforts in the FinTech environment, specifically focused on our Partnership/Affiliate programs and Direct Lead Generation programs. You will have a key role in collaborating with Engineering to create and implement CX/UX tools that drive partnership and marketing strategies. This role works closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders across the company to develop and implement marketing programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Partner & collaborate with Engineering and Product Teams to design, build, and maintain CX/UX
  • solutions to support Lead Generation for both internal and external Stakeholders.
  • Accurately identify requirements & create use cases that deliver solutions within manageable project
  • timelines and budget aligning with Engineering team projects and timelines.
  • Resolve complex business & lead ingestions problems by analyzing, troubleshooting, and creating
  • solutions based on industry best practices, collaborating with partners as required.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Engineering & VP of Marketing for due diligence on new solutions, SaaS partners, and growth tools. Includes AI and Integrated Solutions as identified.
  • Manage & maintain the current WordPress-based website, supporting the Marketing team with various needs, upgrades, and optimizations.
  • Be the Marketing SME regarding technical needs for all Partners & Affiliates lead ingestions, including API, Forms, and all other current and new solutions. Includes a partner-facing role to participate in and drive sessions with technical teams and outside partner technical teams.
  • Collaborates with the Marketing team, specifically the Partnership Manager, to efficiently onboard new partners.
  • Become an SME on the Impact Partnership Platform. Maintain expert-level knowledge of the platform to ensure all integrations and technical functions are working. This includes ensuring accurate reporting and payouts are fulfilled.
  • Responsible for technical projects, reporting, analytics, day-to-day tasks, and other administrative duties as assigned by VP Marketing.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, computer science or related business field required.
  • 8 years of experience in marketing/digital advertising or similar experience
  • Must exhibit strong analytical & data-driven skillset, with a project management background.
  • Experience with SQL, RESTful API”s and other code-based programs as required.
  • Experience with a wide range of marketing & technical off-the-shelf programs, such as HubSpot, Segment, and WordPress.
  • Strong planning and organization skills, attention to detail & accuracy.
  • Digitally savvy and able to quickly learn new technologies including Tableau, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite as needed.
  • Strong communication, both excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking to identify, track, and measure KPIs for marketing & technical programs.
  • Strong ability to manage many projects at once and deliver on time and budget, including working as part of a team and individually as needed.

Compensation for Role is $90,000-$120,000 annually
