Working in this position, you are performing administrative duties and you need to be comfortable working in a high intensive, fast paced and demanding environment.
Responsibilities: 
Besides general administrative office support, your job includes attending project meetings, maintaining calendars, tracking, logging and distributing information and audits, processing expense reports, schedule meeting, lunch, greeting clients.
Check certificates to make sure the company is in compliance with contracts, collect documents for submission to internal and/or external clients.
You support the project manager and assist other departments where needed.

• You have at least 2 years experience or equivalent education
• You are heavily skilled in Word (mainly formatting), general software knowledge in Outlook, PowerPoint and Adobe and intermediate knowledge of Excel (ex. conditional formatting, editing, sorting etc.).
• Ability to quickly learn software
• Attention to detail and quality control
• Process driven
• Ability to work independently
