An AM & Vault ranked full-service law firm is seeking a Senior Antitrust and Competition Counsel to join their award-wining team. They are looking to onboard an associate in their dominant Washington DC office location.

The Antitrust & Competition team consists of 23 attorneys across the globe. The team handle a broad range of antitrust matters including government review of mergers & acquisitions, cartel investigations and the defense of cartel prosecutions, class action treble damage litigation, private antitrust litigation in the US and Europe, as well as defense of private sector clients in antitrust actions before government authorities.

Qualified candidates will have:

• Experience representing clients in civil litigation.
• Knowledge of DOH/FTC civil conduct investigations.
• Experience representing criminal enforcement matters.
• Strong academic record, with good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Effectively handle multiple projects.
• Articulate legal strategies and courses of actions.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Ability to manage teams, associates and processes from beginning to end.
