A Am law 200 firm is currently looking to onboard a highly motivated, experienced Corporate Senior Associate, Counsel or Partner in Indianapolis. The successful candidate will work in one of the premier corporate practices in the Midwest on interesting and sophisticated matters. Experience:

The desired candidate must have six or more years of corporate experience specifically in Securities Reporting, M&A, and Bank Regulatory work in a large regional or national law firm. Experience handling routine securities fillings, merger & acquisition transactions and other business transactions is also required and experience with bank regulatory matters is preferred. You must have excellent academic credentials, have a commitment to teamwork and client service and be licensed to practice law in the state of Indiana.
