A Vault ranked law firm is currently seeking a Labor & Employment Attorney in Chicago. This team handles and manages any labor and employment issue on a national, international or local basis and counsel companies across a broad range of industries. The position will involve having meaningful responsibility for employment-related counselling, transactional drafting, and litigation matters including issues involving hiring and separation, wage and hour, EEO, employment policies, handbook reviews etc.

Experience:

The candidate must have six or more years of Labor & Employment experience with substantive private employer traditional labor experience, for example experience dealing with unions, collective bargaining, NLRB matters, labor arbitrations etc. You must be admitted to the bar in Illinois or be preparing to obtain such admission in 2024 through reciprocity with another state.
