About the role:

The candidate will handle diverse and complex commercial and business litigation matters, including securities, white-collar defense, antitrust, bankruptcy, restructuring, product liability, real estate litigation, and intellectual property disputes. Ideal candidates will demonstrate maturity, a strong desire to learn, and the ability to manage substantial responsibilities within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of litigation experience.
• Proficiency in taking depositions, briefing, arguing dispositive and discovery motions, and interacting effectively with clients and opposing counsel.
• Thorough understanding of federal, state, and local rules.
• Law Review experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent academic credentials from a reputable law school.
• Admission in good standing with the Utah State Bar.
