An AM Law 100 firm is currently looking to onboard a Real Estate Associate in Boston, Massachusetts. Their Real Estate practice represents domestic and international clients, ranging from Fortune 50 and 500 companies, corporate, institutional, and individual owners, landlords and tenants. The position will involve working on large-scale real estate acquisition, disposition, joint venture, development, financing, and leasing transactions.

Experience:

The firm is seeking an associate with over three years of commercial real estate experience, representing sophisticated owners and operators of commercial real estate as borrower, buyer, or seller, and landlord. You must be able to provide efficient legal service independently and as part of a team and be able to quickly integrate into the national practice, providing the highest quality of client service in support of a broad range of complex transactions. A JD or LLM from an ABA accredited law school is required and you must be admitted or eligible for admission in Massachusetts.
