Position Overview:

As a Cannabis Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in our order fulfillment department by ensuring timely and safe delivery of cannabis products to our customers. You will be responsible for delivering orders efficiently while providing exceptional customer service and upholding all relevant regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Safely and responsibly operate a delivery vehicle to transport cannabis products to vendors/customer’s locations.

• Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely delivery of orders.

• Verify the accuracy of orders before delivery and confirm the identity of customers upon arrival.

• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

• Maintain accurate records of deliveries

• Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and safety protocols governing the delivery of cannabis products.

• Collaborate with the order fulfillment team to coordinate delivery schedules and optimize efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Previous experience in delivery or transportation preferred.

• Knowledge of local traffic laws and routes.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders and payments.

• Knowledge of cannabis products and regulations (preferred but not required).
