INH Properties has been in business for over 40 years and currently manages 7,500 units across Minnesota and Iowa.

What We’re Looking For :

INH Properties is seeking a Full-Time responsible Maintenance Technician for a new construction apartment building in Monticello, MN.

The candidate must have building maintenance experience, be CPO certified or willing to take the class and a strong desire to keep the grounds and building in good repair.

Job Responsibilities :

• Miscellaneous Maintenance & Carpentry
• Interior painting
• Plumbing
• Janitorial to keep our community looking impeccable
• Cleaning / maintaining common areas
• Responding to work orders in a timely manner
• Communicating professionally with residents when fulfilling maintenance requests
• Work as a team to maintain the community to the highest standard
• Attending and engaging in weekly meetings to discuss upcoming move-ins, move-outs, and overall property expectations
• Working closely with the housekeeping team to ensure apartments are ready for all move-ins
• All other duties required to create a great living environment for our residents.

Requirements :

Who We Are Looking For (Ideal Candidate) :

• 2 years in multi-family housing preferred
• Dry walling including painting and carpentry
• Working knowledge of plumbing
• Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
• Boilers knowledge is strongly preferred

Required Qualifications :

• A valid Driver's License
• CPO Certificate
• Time Management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting

Working Conditions :

• Hourly, with expectation to work approximately 40 hours / week.
• Pay range - $25 - $30 and hour depending on experience.
