INH Properties is a rapidly growing full-service real estate company that excels in property management and real estate development for multifamily apartment communities. INH Properties has been in business for over 40 years and currently manages 7,500 units across Minnesota and Iowa.

What We're Looking For:

INH Properties is looking for an energetic, dependable part-time community manager for 2 section 8 properties, Northside Terrace in Hawley, MN and Valley Pines in Twin Valley, MN. The community manager plays an important role in the success of each property and are the face of the community. This ideal candidate must be a self-starting go-getter, quick learner, and takes pride in their work. On-site living opportunity but not required. This position would work 28 hours a week.

Job Description: (Including but not limited to the following)

  • Maintain positive resident relations and retention
  • Ensure property is leased to maximum occupancy
  • Office administration duties as necessary
  • Supervision of maintenance staff
  • Vendor relations
  • Collect and post rent using Yardi
  • Ensures compliance and adherence to Fair Housing laws
  • Cleaning common areas of the building and additional duties as assigned
Requirements:

Who We Are Looking For (Ideal Candidate):

  • Minimum of high school diploma or relevant experience
  • Proven work experience as a manager or similar role in multifamily management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Yardi Voyager preferred, but not required.
