POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a talented and motivated Recruiter to join our team in Illinois. As a Recruiter at IOME, you will play a pivotal role in helping us find and hire exceptional talent to drive our company's growth. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers as well as building lasting relationships with colleges and high schools.

Essential Functions

•Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.

•Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, job fairs.

• •Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• •Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• •Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary.
• •Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages.
• •Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs..
• •Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• •Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• •Onboarding new hires.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
•Proven experience as a Recruiter in related industry perferred.

• •Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
• •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• •Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• •Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
• •Highly organized with great attention to detail.

EXPERIENCE
At least three years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process preferred. Valid driver's license with
an insurable driving record required.
EDUCATION
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required.
Associate Degree (two-year college) or work equivalent, field of study: business.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Typical busy office environment.
