Salary Range: Nonexempt, minimum $19.99 per hour commensurate with background and experience
Position Summary: The Dual Credit and Enrollment Support Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining the relationships that exist between IVCC and its district high school partners. This position is responsible for garnering support for dual credit and dual enrollment, meeting the needs of IVCC’s district high schools, and the recruitment of students into the dual credit and dual enrollment program. Of particular importance, the Dual Credit and Enrollment Support Specialist will ensure that dual credit and dual enrollment meets the needs of all parties involved. This will entail periodic meetings between all partners and the development and ongoing maintenance of an administrative handbook and formal agreements that spell out the relationship between IVCC and its district high schools.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Experience with dual credit and dual enrollment; experience with collaboration between multiple stakeholders; knowledge about Colleague and other computer interfacing programs, and of software and programs to create marketing materials preferred. Must have a valid Driver's license and a reliable mode of transportation to travel to off-site locations as needed.
