Under direction of the Chief Administrative Law Judge, serves as Docket Supervisor/Clerk of the Administrative Hearings Unit; plans, controls, oversees, and evaluates the scheduling of appeals and maintenance of the Administrative Law Judges’ dockets; organizes goals and objectives and provides oversight of the intake and processing of all DCFS expungement, Service, Licensing, Excess Revenue, Caretaker Overpayment, and Employee Licensure appeals; serves as working supervisor; provides input into supervisory meetings; makes recommendations to the Chief Administrative Law Judge for new operating procedures or revision of existing methods related to the processing of appeals and office functions; coordinates and implements IT projects as owner of the “G” drive containing all master AHU orders and notices; maintains context integrity; develops daily, monthly, and special reports as required by management or federal court monitor.
Specialized Skills
Of the noted one year of experience, requires that the experience involve the administration of court-related functions, such
as appeals, and experience with Access and applications such as the MS macro merge code application.
