CIVIL FEDERAL PROJECT MANAGER DETAILS:
- Managing design-bid and design-bid-build projects for federal clients, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget
- Navigating complex regulatory frameworks and standards, including UFCs, USACE District Standards, Federal Department Regulations, and others
- Ensuring ABA/ADA compliance, Anti-Terrorism Force Protection, and Low Impact Development requirements
- Facilitating Charrette procedures and overseeing SpecIntact specification writing
- Writing Design Analysis, Design Narratives, and Proposals as needed
- Traveling for site visits and representing the organization in large meetings
- Collaborating with a multi-discipline, multi-firm team to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Minimum of five years of experience in civil engineering project management for federal clients
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing demands, and meet project deadlines
