Job Duties

• Responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of CNC machines, with a focus on Citizen and Miyano models
• Perform replacements of ball screws, motors, and cartridge spindles
• Utilize ladder and diagnostic functions on all control systems
• Provide phone support to assist with troubleshooting on a daily basis, including during heavy periods
• Align and adjust tools as necessary
• Repair spindle bearings as required
• Ensure proper alignment and functioning of the barfeed unit
• Conduct first part run-offs to ensure machine acceptance
• Occasionally travel domestically and internationally to Mexico and Canada

Qualifications and Skills

• Must be willing to travel domestically and occasionally internationally to Canada and Mexico
• 3-6 years of experience in CNC machine tooling
• 1-4 years of experience with Swiss models is beneficial
• Proficient in electrical, mechanical, and automation systems
• Strong geometry skills
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, read ladder diagrams, and utilize control diagnostics
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting professionally with customers
• Valid driver's license and passport
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative
