Food Manufacturing Plant Operations Manager
The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate should include the following:
- Four plus years of experience supervising multiple production supervisors at a food plant, two or more years of experience working in an environment with a labor contract and a relevant four-year degree is required
- Pay is up to $120,000
- Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder
- No remote as this is an 100% onsite position
- Full-time, permanent W-2 employee
- Full benefits
- No relocation
- Located in the Jefferson, Wisconsin area
The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate should include the following:
- Managing, motivating and training a staff of up to 20 manufacturing supervisors at food plant
- Overseeing manufacturing operations
- Ensuring production goals are met
- Resolving any production issues
- Ensuring the plant complies with regulations and meets standards
- Working with union employees and any issues that may arise
- Resolving conflicts
- Making safety, quality and efficiency priorities
- Four or more years of experience supervising multiple production supervisors at a food plant
- Two or more years of experience working in an environment with a labor contract
- A relevant four-year degree
- A solid work history
- A US citizen or possess a green card
- A residence within 45 minutes
