Job Description : Medical Imaging Equipment Technician

Location : Corpus Christi, TX

We are currently seeking an experienced Medical Imaging Service Engineer proficient in general medical imaging systems. If you have a minimum of 5 years' experience in servicing and troubleshooting medical imaging equipment, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.

As a Medical Imaging Equipment Technician, you will be responsible for providing repairs, scheduled maintenance, and calibration on a variety of diagnostic imaging equipment and ancillary equipment used within the imaging department.

This may include but is not limited to modalities such as CR, Portables, C-Arms, conventional X-Ray, R&F, tomography, mammography (Hologic), ultrasound, CT, MRI, and Cath labs.

To qualify for this position, the ideal candidate should meet the following requirements :

• Minimum of 5 years' applicable experience (5 years preferred)
• Experience in servicing and troubleshooting general X-ray, Rad / Fluoro / Mammo (Hologic) medical imaging systems
• Experience with GE and Siemens systems is a plus
• Hold a Certified Radiology Equipment Specialist (CRES) certification is a plus

You should have at least 5 years of experience as a general Medical Imaging Service Engineer, preferably with an AA degree in Electronics Tech or its military equivalent.

In this role, you will be expected to have experience servicing imaging equipment, specifically GE and Siemens systems. Exceptional customer service skills are necessary, and all candidates will be subject to a drug screen and criminal background check.

In addition to the qualifications mentioned above, the following requirements must be met :

• Valid US driver's license and a clean driving record
• Successful completion of a criminal background and drug screening
• Ability to work in the US without visa sponsorship
