Are you an experienced maintenance technician looking for a new opportunity in Girard, OH? We have a fantastic position available at a prestigious apartment complex that boasts exceptional living spaces.
To be considered, you should possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in residential maintenance and be proficient in basic repair tasks such as toilet repair and replacement, plumbing, painting, etc.
As a market rate complex, we offer competitive compensation along with the added perk of a discounted on-property housing option.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, with an additional on-call duty once every 5 weeks. If you are seeking a stable and reputable company to build your career in, then this is the perfect job for you!
