Key Responsibilities :

• Support patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor patients' vital signs to ensure their well-being.
• Administer medications to patients under the supervision of a licensed nurse or physician.
• Assist patients with transfers and mobility, utilizing patient lifts and facilitating wheelchair transfers.
• Communicate with patients and their families, offering emotional support and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Report any changes in patients' conditions promptly to a registered nurse or physician.
• Educate patients' relatives on the required care.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

We expect you to provide age-specific patient care that adheres to facility procedures, company regulations, and state and federal standards.

Minimum Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preference for education in physical sciences and / or training in laboratory techniques.
• At least 2 years of dialysis experience (preferred).
• Experience with reprocessing, including equipment repair and maintenance (desirable).
• Completion of training in hemodialysis theory and practice, or appropriate state license / registration.
• Valid driver's license and insurance if travel by car is required for company business.
• Computer knowledge (desirable).
• Patient care technician certification (highly preferred).
