Client has 4-bed medical/surgical ICU provides critical care to a diverse range of patients. They offer a collaborative environment with hospitalist physicians readily available to ensure the highest quality care for our patients.

What You'll Do:
- Assess and monitor the health status of critically ill patients.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Educate and support patients and their families.
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly.
- Maintain a sterile and safe environment.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives.
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in critical care nursing.
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Current BLS certification for Healthcare Providers
- CMSRN certification within 2 years of hire
