Responsibilities :
As the Regional Meat and Protein Sales Manager based in Reno, NV, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of 7 sales representatives.
Your role will encompass leading and managing regional sales efforts, including sales processes, product knowledge, promotional activities, ERP Sales functions, and training and development.
Your primary focus will be on customer engagement, strategic sales growth initiatives, monitoring sales reporting activities, and driving results.
You will also be responsible for preparing the annual regional sales budgets and quarterly forecasts.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to meet with key customers and regional clients, ensuring their satisfaction by collaborating with procurement, production, shipping and receiving, and Finance departments.
You will lead weekly territory sales calls to discuss successes, identify opportunities, and develop action plans. Managing quarterly sales team member reviews and reviewing key sales KPI data in a timely manner will be crucial.
You will also spearhead recruiting efforts for regional sales positions, along with training and onboarding.

We offer a competitive salary base of $140-150K, along with a performance bonus of up to 25% based on KPIs, quarterly sales goals, and team performance.
