SUMMARY
As a Commercial Coordinator, your primary role will be the coordination and management of commercial activities, developing effective strategies in line with our company objectives to increase sales and profitability. Your expertise in coordination of labs, distribution and veterinary shows, as well as building and maintaining relationships with key distributors and clients. Additionally, your ability to communicate effectively across all levels of our organization will be instrumental to your success in this role.
- Our starting salary for this exempt position will be between $75,000 and $82,000 per year, reflecting the full pay scale for this role which ranges from $55,000 to $124,000 per year DOE w/ bonus of $20,000 as long as iM3 achieves 90% of its profit target or above

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and manage all commercial activities, including sales, business development, and customer service.
- Create and implement effective commercial strategies in accordance with company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments as needed to achieve business goals.
- Organize and support trade shows and labs.
- Have a strong knowledge of the iM3 Product line.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Travel to Canada, tradeshows and/or customer locations will be required.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitive landscape.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel at least 50% of the year including weekends and holidays.
- Work independently.
Preferred
- BA, BS preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years in sales.
- Experience in the veterinary industry.
- Experience in veterinary dental imaging is preferred.
- Sales Training or Certifications may be advantageous.
