Looking for Direct Mail Experienced Bilingual Lettershop/Bindery/Print Plant ManagerImage Direct Group LLC has an immediate opening for an experienced Bilingual (English/Spanish) Plant Manager. At least 5 years experience in Direct Mail and Print is required. We offer: Competitive Pay and Benefits Package (Dental, Vision, Medical). Full-time Monday through Friday plus Saturdays, required. Must be available on-call, if necessary.
Ideal candidate will have basic manufacturing experience, basic mechanical skills and computer skills, and must be Bilingual.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a small team of 10-15 individuals to run a production line in each department
- Become familiar with all machines/processes involved in our state-of-the-art production facility (Flow masters, interesting equipment, stamping, inkjet personalize mail pieces metering equipment’s .) - will be trained
- Meet daily production quotas and meet mail-dates and milestones
- Troubleshoot equipment to ensure production line stays operational
- Ensure that consumables are properly requisitioned for the day and equipment does not run out
- Work closely with the Plant Manager, Supervisors, and with the president to optimize plant throughput
- Prepare production-related paperwork for the shift
- Schedule jobs
- Has to be Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- High school degree (at a minimum)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Working experience with high-speed production equipment
- Should have basic knowledge of working computer
- Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience
- Supervisory experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Experienced Print Estimator to estimate direct mail jobs (can learn on the job)
- Must maintain data in printing software
- Must track inventory and coordinate outside buys
- Must be willing to support sales team and meet with customers in-person (must like meeting new people)
- Basic math skills required for effective estimation of projects
- Ability to work with people with many differing skillsets
- Able to focus in a high-frequency environment and meet deadlines under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be detailed-oriented and a careful worker
