We are looking for someone with a great personality, positive attitude, team player and reliable. The position is for a Check Out Desk Receptionist/ Scheduler. You are the last person our patients meet, so exceptional customer service is required.

This position requires travel to other facilities 5 days a week.

Requirements:

• Must be very computer proficient
• Two years work related experience in Radiology.
• Two years Medical Office experience.

Preferred Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited medical assistant program.
• CPR certified.
• Bilingual Spanish
• Bilingual Arabic

Job Functions:

• Checking in patients.
• Collecting co-pays.
• Updating demographics.
• Scanning in: new patient paperwork, release forms, insurance cards.
• Answering phone calls.
• Calling patients to confirm appointments,
• Rescheduling appointments etc
