Position Summary

The Warehouse Operations Manager at Image Solutions will lead the strategic and day-to-day operations of our main facility including:

• Quantity and accuracy of fulfillment; reports, measures, and manages daily fulfillment quantities and order accuracy rates
• Execution of embroidery and embellishment production
• Oversight and accountability for inventory management and count accuracy; has full accountability for inventory management and accuracy
• Direct and guide warehouse management team and associates; develops and implements team goals with clear development plans for warehouse managers and associates
• Facilities and Health & Safety supervision
• Team & Culture; fosters a positive and winning work culture within the Warehouse Operations Team through hiring, training, and retaining the best

This is a vital role that will provide key support to the company in the drive towards the long-term goals of the organization. This is a full-time, on-site position based in West Chester, OH.

Responsibilities

• Support operational strategy and innovation to drive business goals for operational execution, revenues and profitability.
• Main point of contact to partner with leadership/Director of Operations in company on daily and strategic initiatives.
• Lead Warehouse management team to improve daily execution (quantity and accuracy).
• Create an environment and winning culture for team members to do their very best; monitor, improve, and actionize Team Member Engagement scores and feedback
• Hire full-time and support staff as needed to support business growth
• Monitor and improve key service level metrics for all areas of fulfillment to ensure we are delivering on our promises.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a strong team of department leads and warehouse associates.
• Ensure the health and safety of all team members, temp staff and visitors at the facility.
• Assess locations for new facilities; lead transition of moving, opening, and transitioning facilities when needed.
• Provide leadership and guidance to Associates while holding individuals accountable to performance and attendance expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8-10 years’ experience in multi-shift warehousing, operations, ecommerce fulfillment and logistics.
• Leadership Ability: Strong organizational, administrative, team building, supervision, communication experience and skills.
• Analytical Habits: Ability to gather, understand, and organize data and implement actionable takeaways.
• Growth Mindset: Dynamic, high sense of energy with the ability to work collaboratively across functions and operate in a fast-paced environment of rapid growth.
• Strong Communicator: Can communicate and implement ideas with direct team, cross functional departments, and leadership with clear and thoughtful communication style.
• Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with Excel, NetSuite, Shiphawk (and/or RFSmart/other WMS).
