- Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
- On-site at our Patient Care Center in West Sacramento, CA

- 3 years of experience in accounting/finance
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Docs
- Experience with Sage Intacct preferred, but not required
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity and ethical standard in handling financial information and confidential data
- Prior dental industry experience is a plus but not required
- Must be able to reliably report to our Patient Care Center in West Sacramento, CA for scheduled shift
- Must demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality
- Process full-cycle accounts payable including verifying GL coding and ensuring all approvals have been obtained prior to paying.
- Reconcile vendor statements and work with vendors to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain fixed asset ledgers and properly record additions and disposals.
- Assist with month-end close processes, including bank account reconciliations, balance sheet account reconciliations and posting monthly journal entries.
- Perform fluctuation analysis on income statement accounts.
- Prepare financial reports for management.
- Use and administer company practices, standards, procedures, tools and methodologies.
- Other duties as assigned
