ImageCare Radiology is a medical imaging healthcare company with over 20 outpatient imaging facilities throughout New Jersey. We are looking to hire 2 full-time IT Systems Managers for our busy radiology offices in Central Jersey (East Brunswick, Woodbridge, Middletown) and Northern Jersey (Sparta/ Mt.Olive area).

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5:30PM

General DescriptionMaintain, develop and deploy all information systems hardware and software including servers, workstations, cell phones and notebooks, as well as the actual network wiring and switches. Work with department managers and principals on developing and enforcing IT policy and procedures. Maintain feasible purchasing plans for new technology and services. Train staff on new systems and assist with roll out of go-lives for new centers in a timely and effective manner. Troubleshoot various issues and report to department managers, and C-suite level executives as needed.

Travel between facilities within the MSO system may be required.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Ensure network, servers, and workstations are working properly (E-mail and File Servers).
2. Oversee security and backup of data.
3. Research and recommend purchase options for new technology, system upgrades and implementation.
4. Develop policy and procedures for company data and system usage.
5. Address any IT related problems throughout the facilities daily.
6. Set-up pertinent software when needed to referring Physician offices
7. Works with outside vendors (Crystal Consulting, Cooperative) to ensure company workflow is uninterrupted and functional. 
8. Undergoes training with company RIS/PACS system (Infinitt)
9. Stay up to date with HIPAA practices as it applies to keeping network and PHI protected.
10. Conduct various audits to ensure compliancy measures are in place.
11. Work with the HIPAA officer as needed to service the organization to the best of one’s ability. 
12. Maintain HIPAA practices and HIPAA training.
13. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned. 

Qualifications:

• • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience resulting in broad knowledge of a field related to the job.
  • 5 years related experience and/or training.
  • 2 years related management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Experience in network engineering and support, telecom engineering/support.
  • Excellent and advanced computer and office skills including knowledge of patient management software, presentation software, spreadsheets, word processing, fax, copying, and management supervisory skills and the ability to train staff in their respective duties.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality for all patient, staff and clinic records. 
  • Active directory experience: including DNS, group policy, DHCP, DFS, RemoteApp, VDI : 5 years (MCSA preferred) 
  • Microsoft Azure experience including: exchange, Intune, autopilot.
  • Network experience including: switching, routing, firewall: 5 years (LAN/WAN), (CCNA preferred)
  • Back-up systems including: Acronis.
  • Cyber security best practices.
  • Healthcare IT preferred.
