Warehouse/Manufacturing Technician 

A&L Machining is a high-production precision CNC machine shop with decades of experience. Our operation is growing and we are seeking highly motivated individuals seeking a team-oriented, supportive work environment. 

***Prior experience in this role is not required! We prefer to hire people with translatable skills (automotive, hand/power tools, , a strong work ethic, and a good cultural fit. We will train the skills.

Description: Function as part of the deburr/secondary operations team. 

• Deburr precision metal parts with hand tools
• Bead blast metal parts
• Operate forklift
• Operate CNC band saw
• Operate grinder and other power and manual tools
• Perform in process inspections
• Complete documentation as required by assigned task 
• Perform preventative building and machine maintenance duties
• Participate in purchasing, packaging, shipping, receiving 
• Communicate effectively with leadership and teammates

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Detail oriented and organized
• Prior experience with deburr 
• Prior experience with hand tools 
• Prior manufacturing experience
• Comfortable using computers
• Warehouse/Shipping/Receiving experience

Pay: $19.29-$22 (depending upon experience)

Shifts available: M-Th. 6:30am-5pm (Four 10-hour shifts)
