Responsibilities & Qualifications

Hours: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

Salary $18.00 - $20.00 an hour (paid weekly)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Quality Administrative Assistant you will collect linen, check for quality and track accurate reports, you will also be part of the front office offering assistance to the HR team in colllecting data from the associates and answering basic Human Resources questions.

DAILY TASKS:

  • Collect and track accurate quality reports
  • Maintain quality databases
  • Assist with special projects
  • Greet visitors and perform general administrative duties
  • Clerical: open and sort mail; assist other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks
  • Order supplies, merchandise and products as necessary and as directed; continue to maintain and stock office supplies in a neat, organized fashion 
  • Adhere and comply with all Safety, Security, Policies and Procedures, Guidelines, Company Protocols and other related compliance as dictated
  • Perform other miscellaneous tasks associated with the Administrative facet of the business and operation as necessary and as dictated by Management

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 2 years' of Administrative experience
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

PREFERRED COMPETENCIES: 

  • Attention to detail
  • MS Office Suite experience
  • Excellent oral, written, phone and face to face communication skills with associates, customers and managers 
  • Demonstrates commitment to personal productivity and work quality
