Responsibilities:The Director of Compliance oversees the corporate compliance programs of Imagen Dental Partners LLC, affiliated entities and supported-dental practices (collectively, the Company). This leadership position is responsible for general oversight of the Companys compliance strategy to ensure senior leaders, management, and team members comply with the rules and regulations of all applicable regulatory agencies.
The Director of Compliance, together with the Compliance Committee, is authorized to implement all necessary actions to ensure achievement of the objectives of an effective compliance program. We anticipate that your time will be spent focused on approximately 50% healthcare-related compliance (including data security and privacy); 25% in the compliance areas of revenue cycle management (RCM), finance and accounting; and 25% in the area of ensuring compliance with current state and federal human resources practices.
