Imaginarium Foods LLC (DBA Dunkin Baskin-Robbins) Company is currently looking to hire an ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER to join our team!

Wanted: A strong, positive leader who can lead a team of dedicated people to deliver great, friendly guest experiences, operational excellence and help build profitable top line sales. They support the Restaurant Manager in the overall operation of the restaurant according to Dunkin’ standards, franchisee policies and procedures and in compliance with all applicable laws.

Essential Job Functions:

· Maintain a healthy, safe and secure environment by following and enforcing food safety, safety and sanitation guidelines and comply with all applicable State and Federal laws.

· Assist in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing and the development of employees through training and mentoring.

· Maximize profitability and hit sales goals by controlling food, beverage and labor costs.

· Execute all in-restaurant marketing promotions and new product roll-outs in a timely manner.

· Follow and maintain quality and guest service standards including drive-through times,

· Ensure guest satisfaction by providing superior customer service and prompt problem resolution to guest complaints.

· Manage inventory and order food and beverages, equipment and supplies as needed.

Other Functions: Performs additional functions (essential or otherwise) which may be assigned as needed.

Typical Physical Demands: May occasionally lift 35lbs or greater. Must be able to climb, bend, kneel, stoop and stand on a frequent basis and for extended periods of time. Being able to stand for long periods of time is required.

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:

· Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

· Willing to work long hours, including weekends, evenings and holidays

· Restaurant, retail or supervisory experience is required.

· High school diploma or equivalent is required.

· Advanced math and financial management skills

· Must be able to fluently speak and read English.

· Basic computer and writing skills.
