Role & Responsibility:

Tasks That Will Lead To Your Success

• File monthly and quarterly sales tax for NY and PA and quarterly estimated taxes (State and Federal).
• Payroll timekeeping via Excel and sending to 3rd party processor.
• Coordinate with administrative staff for AP and invoicing. Review morning edit list prior to invoicing.
• Manage payments to vendors, uploading checks to bank portal. Process LOC payments and advances.
• Coordinate with administration of daily sales journal, cash receipts journal, check register.
• Provide month end, quarterly and year-end financial reports to ownership and accountant.
• Review and balance AR, AP, Cash and Sales Journals for month end closing and bank reconciliation.
• 401K administration, insurance, process payroll.
• Coordinate with administration of claims to manufacturers including co-op, warranty, and rebates.
• Be knowledgeable of daily computer tasks including backups and networks.
• Have knowledge of online manufacturer portals.
• Coordinate with staff for email server and website functions.
