Role & Responsibilit y:Tasks That Will Lead To Your Success
- Check manifests for documents received from Institutional customers to the actual documents; determine if the document is a copy or original.
- Update tracking system with documents received either manually or by an import.
- Pull files/documents requested by other team members and sign them out to each individual for tracking of files; update tracking system with release information on files that have been requested by customers.
- Send files/documents to the correct customer.
- Re-file files and/or documents returned to the vault; update tracking system with return information for re-instatements of any returned files from customers to support system accuracy.
- Complete other related duties as assigned.
- High School or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year work experience
- Proficiency with personal computers
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Good alpha/numeric skills
- Demonstrated organizational skills
- Able to lift 30 - 50 pounds
- Able to climb on a ladder and/or stool and bend for filing
- Able to stand for long periods of time
