Role & Responsibility:

Tasks That Will Lead To Your Success

HR Reporting/Maintenance

• Anniversary/birthday reports monthly.
• Monthly temporary worker hours report.
• Retention bonus tracking (both temps and full time).
• Monitoring benefits enrollment.

New Hires

• Creating and sending offer letters.
• Scheduling pre-employment background, health and audio screenings.
• Completing and uploading new hire paperwork and hiring employees in ADP.

Safety Training

• Schedule trainings with Quality and Safety teams.
• Work with supervisors to understand their temporary employee needs.
• Work with Imagine Staffing for placements.
• HR portion of safety training and plant tour is possible.

Miscellaneous

• Completing verifications of employment.
• Completion of disability, PFL and Comp forms.
• Scanning of personnel paperwork into NAV.

Skills & Experience:

Qualifications That Will Help You Thrive

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of direct HR experience.
• Knowledge of general HR laws, rules and regulations.
• ADP knowledge preferred.
• Microsoft Office experience.
