About the Company: Our client is a renowned beverage manufacturing company based in Issaquah, Washington. Known for their commitment to quality and innovation, they are currently undergoing an exciting transition to a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software platform. We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Data Entry Specialist to join the team on a 6-month contract basis, fully remote.

Job Description: As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the ERP software platform migration. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data being transferred to the new system. This role requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data accurately and efficiently in the new ERP system.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage, analyze, and verify data, including using basic functions, V-lookups, and pivot tables.
• Verify and correct data inconsistencies and errors during the migration process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and ensure completeness.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data.
• Assist in the development and implementation of data entry procedures and best practices.
• Monitor data entry progress and report on any issues or delays to the project manager.
• Conduct regular data quality checks to ensure the integrity of the migrated data.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for data-related issues during the transition.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data entry or data management roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic functions, V-lookups, and pivot tables.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and understanding of ERP migration processes is a plus.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Must reside and be eligible to work in either Pacific Time or Mountain Time zones.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable remote work environment.
• Availability to commit to a 6-month contract period.
