About the Position 

Perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites. May operate hand and power tools of all types: air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, surveying, and measuring equipment, and a variety of other equipment and instruments. May clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding, and clean up rubble, debris, and other waste materials. May assist other craft workers.

Brief Project Description: The project includes civil earthwork (mass grading) and 100 Concrete Foundations.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: hourly local prevailing wage
• Medical, vision, and dental insurance coverage available on the first day of the month following 60 days of full-time employment.
• 401K plan available for eligible employees on the first of the month following 60 days of full-time employment. IMCO offers 100% contribution matching up to 4% of the employee’s eligible wages.

• Follow daily work plans, reports, and complete timecards accurately
• Lift 50 pounds
• Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state, or company security operations for the protection of people and property.

Location & commitments

• Project Location – Nampa, Idaho
• Project Duration – Full-time hours plus overtime as needed through winter. Additional jobs have been secured in the Treasure Valley area providing employees with stable, consistent work.
• 8–10-hour shifts
• Overtime may be available
• Evening/weekend work may be necessary to meet milestones

Requirements and Qualifications

• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions
