MS CRM Field Service Architect
Location: Houston, TX
Role Type: Contract
Must have exp in Power Platform React and mobile application-related skills.
Must have 10 - 12 years of overall IT experience in implementing MS CRM/ Dynamics 365 Field Service applications, must have experience of at least 5 end-to-end CRM implementations.
Extensive knowledge in architecting, designing, implementing, upgrading, and integrating business solutions built with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service
(Must have) Hands-on experience in implementing end-to-end Field Service applications.
(Must have) Thorough understanding of the following elements of Field Service - Work orders, Scheduling, and dispatch, RSO, Communication, mobile application, Asset management, Preventive maintenance, inventory, purchasing, and returns capabilities.
(Must have) Experience with time tracking of field service technicians.
Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM design and development specifically in technologies, including customization and configuration, C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, SQL, SSRS.
Strong experience in integrations using - Azure Functions & Logic Apps, PowerApps and WebAPI as well as via middleware.
Strong experience in data migration/integration using SSIS, PowerQuery, KingsWaySoft etc
Must have working experience on Power Platform Canvas Apps, Automate and Portals Also have understanding on PowerApps governance, DLP policies.
Experience with web development technologies used with the XRM platform such as ReactJS, JSON, WCF, oData, jQuery will be preferred.
Must have strong communication skills and be comfortable in leasing with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to establish priorities, work independently and lead development of Dynamics CRM solution.
