Job Description
This position reports to the Vice President Finance & Administration (VPFA) and serves as the human resources leader fully responsible for key functional aspects of HR. As a strategic business partner for the University, this position, both directly as well as indirectly, guides and manages members of the HR department and leadership across the University. This position partners with the University's executive leadership along with staff and faculty at all levels to provide strategic and tactical HR support. This position is also responsible for key functional aspects of HR which includes, but is not limited to benefits, system implementations, 403(b) plan administration and compliance, employment agreements, unemployment, workers compensation, FMLA, ADA, and disability leave management, HR analytics, vendor relations, budget oversight, recruitment and retention, employee relations, policy administration, compensation and job analysis, training, onboarding and offboarding, serves as Co-Chair for DEI committee, serves as principal administrator of Investment Committee.
