Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Operations Manager to join our dream team at Immaculate Restoration. In this crucial role, you will oversee our daily operations, ensure the efficiency of our processes, and maintain the high standards of service that our clients expect and love. You will play a pivotal role in our growth journey, helping us scale from $5 million to $10 million, and ultimately to $100 million and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Optimization: Streamline operations to improve efficiency and productivity across all projects.

• Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of restoration projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

• Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations, ensuring all work meets or exceeds client expectations.

• Resource Management: Manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize project outcomes.

• Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and implement improvements to drive operational excellence.

• Client Interaction: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with our services.

Qualifications:

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of operations management experience, preferably in the restoration or related industry.

• Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing projects from inception to completion, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
