Job Summary:
We are seeking a Spanish speaking detail-oriented and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, providing administrative support, and ensuring efficient office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist with QuickBooks data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Assist with office management tasks to ensure a well-organized work environment
Experience:
- Must speak Spanish
- Proven experience in an office setting performing administrative tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or willingness to learn
- Strong clerical skills including typing, filing, and data entry
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with order entry processes is a plus
