Ability to objectively measure patient satisfaction . Candidate Profile: We are a private practice physical therapy clinic. It's a busy clinic and can be hectic at certain times of the day. It will really test your patients and organizing tasks skills. As a physical therapist aide, you will be helping patients through their therapy treatments. Maintain a neat and orderly work environment and patient area Communicate with physical therapists about patients. As a PT Aide, you will need to take an effective approach to determine patient satisfaction and progress. Applicants must be thorough, quick, very hard-working, dedicated, and responsible.
