Bilingual Personal Injury Case Manager or Paralegal

• Bilingual: English and Spanish
• Candidate should be able to manage a high volume of personal injury cases, including auto claims, slip & fall, and government tort claims. Candidate will play an integral role with the firm and will be involved with claims from the intake stage up until resolution. 
• Job responsibilities include: client intake; managing client appointments with medical providers; opening insurance claims; ordering medical documents; updating case management software (FileVine); reviewing and filing pleadings; etc.
• Our ideal candidate is someone that is interested in a long-term position. We are currently a three-attorney firm and are looking for someone that will be engaged in the process of growing the firm. We intend for this role to be expanded into an office manager / supervisor position as the firm expands. 
• The position will be largely in person.
• Experience Level: 2 years (preferred). Willing to train the right candidate.
• Pay: $20-35 per hour, depending on experience.
• Bonus: Annual bonus based on performance.
