This role demands a proactive professional who excels in delivering high-quality technical installations and outstanding customer service across various demanding environments. Key Responsibilities:
Execute professional system installation and maintenance, both onsite and remotely, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction.
Adhere to and advocate for Technical Operations processes, including system documentation and SLA commitments; efficiently escalate unresolved issues as needed.
Collaborate closely with project management and customer experience teams to streamline scheduling, identify work process efficiencies, and manage project risks.
Engage with Sales and Engineering teams to support pre-sale activities, including system design evaluations and quote validations.
Develop and sustain excellent customer relationships, promoting referral opportunities through professionalism and technical prowess.
Provide diligent support to Technical Support and Implementation teams, aiding in troubleshooting and enhancing client interactions.
Job Requirements Qualifications:
Proficiency with Windows Operating Systems across multiple platforms.
Demonstrated analytical skills with a robust capability in troubleshooting complex technical issues.
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA (A , Network , Server , Security ), MCITP, CCNA, or similar; certifications in NICE or other telephony systems are advantageous.
Familiarity with ITSM Ticketing Tools like ServiceNow.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Physical ability to manage installation demands, including lifting equipment up to 70 lbs and working at heights.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
