Field Product Specialist / Building Products (Eastern Tennessee)

Will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer contacts within the territory.

Runs Product events with Stores and Contractors at both retail locations and in the field.

• Fields product technical calls from stores and contractors.
• Passes leads to Account Managers and assists in the sales process.
• Generates new leads by introducing and promoting new products and services.
• Generates new leads through the store Special Orders program.
• Visits Contractors and Stores in accordance with proposal schedule.

Requirements

• BS Degree or related building products experience.
• Ability to successfully interact the public.
• Demonstrated proficiency to manage multiple tasks, to set priorities, and to meet deadlines.
• Ability to travel to required locations (day travel)
