We are seeking an experienced Crushing Plant Manager to oversee the operations of our crushing plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the plant, ensuring that production targets are met, and maintaining a safe working environment for all staff.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge in crushing plant operations in a supervisory role
• Experience with maintenance and repair of crushing plant equipment
• Ability to prioritize and delegate maintenance tasks
• Comfortable working outdoors (in extreme Las Vegas weather conditions and a dusty environment)
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
