Job Summary :
Seeking a highly motivated, reliable Maintenance Supervisor to join our growing company!
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible to safely perform all maintenance activities including repairing, modifying, servicing and restoring company machinery or equipment;
completing maintenance and preventative maintenance (planned and unplanned); and performing various assembly, fabrication, welding or installation activities.
This position is a cross-function role and will work closely across the organization to help ensure efficient operation, smooth workflow and exceptional quality output.
Job Responsibilities :
The essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Troubleshoot, repair and restore company equipment and machinery.
- Perform preventative maintenance duties including the upkeep and organization of maintenance records.
- Perform building and facilities repair and basic building maintenance.
- Responsible for using safe procedures and following safety protocols at all times.
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work long hours when necessary.
- Minimum of two (2) years of previous leading a maintenance team in repairing and maintaining manufacturing machinery. Knowledge of blow molding equipment is a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent problem solving skills.
- Ability to respond to after-hours calls when required.
- The ideal candidate will have experience with hydraulic / pneumatic repairs and PLC / Electric troubleshooting. Experience in 480 3 phase and DC drive units a must.
